If an order has shipped prior to receiving your request for canceling you will be responsible for return shipping charges to return the product and will not be refunded the shipping and handling charges for your order.

If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return or exchange of unworn or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price less shipping and handling within 30 days of purchase. If you received a Saint By Sarah Jane.com piece as a gift and would like to return or exchange it we can issue a credit for the amount paid by the original purchaser. Signature is required for delivery of all packages. FedEx will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package to Saint By Sarah Jane.
